Teac AR-40S A-4010S Reel To Reel Stereo Tape Recorder Deck - AS IS

Unit powers on and the fast forward (FF) and rewind (RW) functions work, but the pinch roller is stuck and does not move into position when attempting to play. The meter lamps are working. Model number on back says A-4010S on front AR-40S. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
