The unit powers on and transmits a signal through Input 1 and all channel outputs, but no signal is detected on Inputs 2-4. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
