Cosmetically in fair condition showing moderate to heavier scuffs / scratches / blemishes from previous use. The power button does not spring back. It does function but when pressed in, unit turns on. To turn off, you must pull the button back out instead of pushing it in so that it springs back out.

Includes RF Signal Generator as pictured. No additional items or accessories are included. Unless pictured, no power adapter / power cable included.
