Unit powers on however The spindle is not attached, it appears to have snapped off and left some of the threading inside the upper portion that is attached to the meter. Was not able to remove the threaded portion in order to re-attach. 
This unit exhibits fair/poor cosmetic condition, displaying moderate to heavier scuffs, scratches, and blemishes from prior use. 

Unit is missing the nut on the bottom of the stand.
