Unit does not power on. Opened unit up and there is a small green LED on the board that is lit up when plugged in. All internal fuses checked good. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
