The refrigeration system is completely non-functional, so this system will need repair to enable cooling. It does however heat up to the upper set point, so heating is functioning well.
For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
